Dr. Daniel Y.C. Fung, Industry Professor, Food and Science, Kansas State University, will deliver this year's key note address at the PDA Global Conference on Pharmaceutical Microbiology. Dr. Fung has more than 30 years experience in rapid and automated microbiology, most notably for the food industry. In his address, Global Developments of Rapid Methods and Automation in Microbiology: A Thirty Year Review and Predictions into the Future, he will discuss improvements in microbial isolation, rapid detection, characterization, and enumeration, as well as industry predictions he had made more than a decade ago.
